Big cities, nice/interesting cities or places that are warm in december.
USC (or UCLA/SDSU), Hawaii, and Miami for sure. Washington, Cal/Stanford, Colorado, Northwestern, Texas, Georgia Tech, Tulane, UNLV, Temple, Arizona State, New Mexico, and Oregon would probably battle for the final two spots (no particular order). I would know that I was going to stay in state anyway.
