    You tried the same shit by mentioning LSU?! TAMU caught us asleep at the wheel, I will give them that. After things settled down, Alabama began controlling the game but got away from what they do best when the game was on the line. If you will notice, there was a decided difference in Alabama's playcalling after that game.

    The bad part about TAMU this coming year is they will no longer be able to sneak up on anyone.

    God, you can't fix stupid. As for your home field advantage claim, Alabama has been much more susceptible to an upset at home in Saban's tenure than they have on the road.

    Drove at will? What did they score, 10 points in the final 3 quarters? Lol. As my PSU buddy stated, TAMU was +3 in turnovers and won by 5. And Alabama had a bone head offsides penalty by a true freshman which kept them from having the ball at the end with a chance to win, all this despite 3 turnovers and Manziel playing out of his mind.

    I will give credit where it is due....but will also state that in no way was aTm the best team in the country.

    They were the best team in the country at the end of the year, how can you even debate it they destroyed every team they played since the LSU game except for your game. In which they beat the number 1 team in the nation in their own building..

    Unfortunately for your argument, we have to take the entire season into consideration. The national champ is determined using the full body of work to put the two best teams in the title game.

    Which is retarded man its college football the determination of a champion is the worst out of any sport, if ND played Alabama, LSU, Florida how many lossed would they have. ND was ranked number 1 at the end of the year but did any 1 think they were the best team in the country? I clearly stated TAMU was better than Alabama at the end of they year not in the beginning b/c teams our completely different from game 1 to game 12 esp if they have a Qb who is starting his first career game..

    Umm no bro and i didn't know you weren't allowed to compare a OLB to a MLB? LT was ranked as the greatest defender by both the NFL Network and Sporting News he changed the sport forever, the most feared defender in modern football. LT won MVP the only unanimous defensive player ever and has 3 Defensive player year awards compared to 2 for Reggie. By the way I'm a cowboys fan but I'll admit there was no 1 like 56..

    Playing in New York media did help L.T.

    He did change the OLB (3-4 pass rusher) position.

    Reggie White 12 seasons double digit sacks
    L.T. 7 seasons double digit sacks

    Reggie was a elite DT and DE and played longer was great until his last year.

    L.T. Had seven great seasons then fell off

    Reggie 50 more sacks then L.T.

    That game was at NC state and was a trap game you guys knew full well that TAMU was a good team, they had 441 on total offense and scored 3 straight TD's. Did you see TAMU blow the doors off OU and every other team they played at the end of the year while NC state did nothing the rest of the year..

    Tell ya what, you keep thinking aTm was the best team in the country last year, and everyone else will just disagree and laugh at you.

    When Alabama committed to running the football and didn't try to cute with passing plays and trying to win AJ the Heisman, no one was beating them last year. It almost cost us against LSU (where I think we averaged over 6 a carry) yet tried to continue to pass, and it did cost us against aTm. 1st and goal from the 6 against aTm to take the lead and we attempted 3 passes. No way aTm stops the run right there, especially with the momentum of the game.
