Which one loss team would play for the BCS Championship?

No shit, but we still have no idea how bad it actually is and you pretending that you do based off long shot scenarios and your own predictions is gay, stupid and yet you speak with such certainty

I am fairly certain at least with-in a certain range. I mean, Miami and Clemson are unlikely to be elite teams. 80%+ chance both are in the top-15-40 range.

lol really ? Based on what ? Preseason projections that mean dick in december ? Or you idea or opinion of how good these teams are before seeing any play a game ?

    You trippin mane

I'm not blaming FSU, they had WVU all set up.

The reality is there are 3 teams that even have a pulse on that schedule. Two have gigantic question marks in Florida and Clemson, and Va Tech isn't a better team then UW, Stanford, or Utah IMO. Combine that with the D-2 OOC teams that have zero chance of winning, a bye before the toughest game, and a very favorable travel schedule in which FSU doesn't leave the state of Florida until week six and only three times overall.

Taking a second look it is pretty comparable to Oregon.

Of course, but be honest man

You have no idea hpw it plays out and if FSU is unbeaten ( big if! ) the i doubt a one loss USCw gets in over them

So many what if scenarios that you acting like FSU wouldn't get in no matter what with a better record is just ridiculous

I did make the qualification that it would have to be a loss to Oregon in the regular season, then beating them in a rematch in the PAC-12 CG. That way USC also beat everyone they played, while FSU would not have even faced an opponent nearly as good as Oregon.

I have always been a big believer in SOS. Now if FSU is simply punkslapping everyone they play, then that will of course factor as well. Cases like that, I like to defer to the Sagarin predictor.

  • Based on what? Seriously?

Based on the fact that the ACC is universally known as the worst BCS conference, (by your own fanbases admission too) It's no secret how bad the ACC has faired in the BCS era, even against the Big East. Its no secret what happens when the ACC's "best" has ventured OOC (usually VT). There is a chance that a media darling like USCw/Bama/even Oregon if they beat USC for the Pac 12, could pass FSU. Not likely, but possible for sure depending on the human vote. The computer would be very close, leaving it up to the voters. The ACC's cred is really bad right now, which I've heard FSU fans use over and over as a reason they want to leave.

Its bad to fans, when it comes to FSU being undefeated not many will care in terms of coaches and voters about them being in the ACC

Only fags like you on message boards care and thankfully convincing assholes like you isn't a hurdle we need to jump

    You know it deep down

An undefeated FSU gets in, end of story and it won't even happen so arguing about it is gayer than you could ever be

No way USC or Oregon gets in with a loss. Unless all other big 6 conference teams have 2 losses.

Pac 12 teams are only allowed in the BCS game if undefeated.
All 3 years in the BCS MNCG, they were undefeated going in.
The rigged computers will make sure that no 1 loss Pac 12 team plays ever plays in a BCS MNCG.

However, I could see a 1 loss SEC team making it in over an undefeated Florida St.

Also, I could see an undefeated USC or Oregon being left out in favor of undefeated
SEC & Big 12 teams like (LSU/Alabama vs Oklahoma) because of the way the system is rigged.

After all, Oklahoma has played in every BCS title game ever held at the Orange Bowl.
Will they make it 4 for 4?

Valid points based on history. I do believe that if we lose to Oregon in the regular season, then beat them in the PAC-12CG, then we will be fine. Lose to someone else, say @Stanford the week after traveling 6,000 miles to go to New York and back, then who knows. I still say we would go ahead of a 1 loss Big-12 team. Depends.........

  • ND if they get through with only one loss. (Ok homer is gone now) I would say USC or bama, big reason being that both are hot teams right now. Bama is going to get a lot of love based on Saban and recent success. USC will get love because of their offense, Barkley and bowl eligible again.

  • None of them, because Temple is going undefeated and winning the MNC.
