I was up in Saskatoon, or about two hours north of it anyway last year on a duck/goose hunting trip. I about fell over dead from shock talking to the locals there. Republicans are definitely on a different planet - way too liberal for them.

How did he cover anything up? He said the next day it was a terrorist attack.

And that day they had one person say it was a militant attack? Well I'd sure as hell want a day to investigate before I declared it was!

No he didn't. And 6 times at the UN he referenced the video as the catalyst for the "riots". He lied and kept lying.

How is it that liberals are so out of touch with reality? Can someone explain that to me?

American politics has a heavy influence on Canada.

Well maybe if your country tried to make it on it's own instead of being dependent on the U.S. for ...well basically everything, you wouldn't have to concern yourself with our politics.

No he didn't. In a Rose Garden speech at one point he was talking in very general terms about terrorism in general and he made this statement...

"Of course, yesterday was already a painful day for our nation as we marked the solemn memory of the 9/11 attacks. We mourned with the families who were lost on that day. I visited the graves of troops who made the ultimate sacrifice in Iraq and Afghanistan at the hallowed grounds of Arlington Cemetery, and had the opportunity to say thank you and visit some of our wounded warriors at Walter Reed. And then last night, we learned the news of this attack in Benghazi.

As Americans, let us never, ever forget that our freedom is only sustained because there are people who are willing to fight for it, to stand up for it, and in some cases, lay down their lives for it. Our country is only as strong as the character of our people and the service of those both civilian and military who represent us around the globe.

No acts of terror will ever shake the resolve of this great nation, alter that character, or eclipse the light of the values that we stand for. Today we mourn four more Americans who represent the very best of the United States of America. We will not waver in our commitment to see that justice is done for this terrible act. And make no mistake, justice will be done."

He used a more nebulous phrase "act of terror" and was speaking in very broad terms and not specifically to Libya. It's quite simple really. IF you believe your words, that Obama called this an act of terrorism the very next day then why did his administration including the president spend literally WEEKS claiming this was a spontaneous demonstration over a video that turned violent? IF Biden was right, that they were merely parroting the intel they were being given why would the president claim it was terrorism the next day ( again he didn't but that is what he tried to claim). They can't have it both ways.
But all of this misses the real point. It's not if there was a coverup it's what are they trying to cover up?
