I can't argue any of the documented facts on mass murder but trust me, walking the street to this day are many mass murderers involved in the drug trade that just haven't been caught. 99% of them are not white. Some of these have been in and out of the penal system their whole lives and even suspected of multiple murders, yet still not convicted or even charged with the murders committed. We, as white males, just tend to do ours more publically and/or the people that whites kill are more cared about by the news and the people that document such things. It's sad but reality. Basically what I'm saying is that what's documented doesn't always tell the whole story. Look at the raw numbers of murders and what race they are.(New York in the '80s and early '90s alone will amaze you) Someone is killing all those people and the majority of the killers aren't white.
As far the crimes against children, you're guess is as good as mine.
