The Blue Board

While I think Michigan will definitely have a better record in 2013, if we do get to the national championship, it'll just be a repeat of this year. We'll only make it on the strength of some lucky bounces and close games, and we'll most likely get blown out (as the 2012 Cowboy Classic showed). I have no doubt that Michigan teams going forward can play in the top 10, but it's going to take a more talented team than we have now to knock off Alabama in the National Championship.

So to clarify...poor tackling and players out of position contributed heavily to Oklahoma State's poor defense. Both of those are often in reference to linebackers. However, the solution was to promote the linebackers coach to DC? Call me skeptical...

I like what UCLA did this year, they showed pretty well. I feel like Mora may have found his niche.

I do like Gardner as a QB better than Robinson for Michigan. Not sure how much they lose, but Hoke's recruits in the trenches should be more of factors this season. Will be interesting to see how they do.

Michigan, Oklahoma State and UCLA seem to be the most realistic possibilities. But if Michigan makes it to the BCSCG this season, can the SEC please send Kentucky or Vanderbilt or even Tennessee instead of Bama this one time? Kthnx.
