Yes he was. Raven, Sabu, RVD, Sandman... Man I loved ECW. The real ECW. Not the bastardized Vince McMahon version of it. I hate what Vince has made the WWE. Hopefully they change directions soon so I can start watching again. Glad I have TNA.

I hope that when the old man dies, Triple H(Paul Levesque if we are breaking kayfabe) brings back what made the WWF so great. A product geared toward adult males instead of kids. It doesn't have to be Attitude Era. WCW was PG during the NWO era, and it was the best wrestling era of all time(says the TV ratings and merchandise sales).

What's y'all's thoughts on wwe today? What can they do to spice it back up some because its gotten pretty stale since they switch to Raw and Smackdown.

I won't watch it until they start programming for adult males again. I only stick to TNA. Not to mention I think that WWE's roster is severely lacking, and their mid-card is absolutely atrocious. Vince doesn't care about that though. As long as Cena is selling shirts to the kids, and the story lines don't offend anyone, Vince is happy.
To answer your question, the only thing that they could do is Vince hand over the business to Paul. Vince doesn't have it anymore. He cares more about Twitter than he does his product.

Was there a better story line than the Outsiders coming to dubya cee Dubya? No way. And I can't recall a more shocking twist when Hogan went nWo. Was that more Vince Russo or Bischoff?

Russo joined the company in 99/2000. NWO was all Bischoff.
