Who teaches kids this type of behavior?

  • 1. The parents of these kids likely don't care. They raise kids that have seen this at some point in the home, so this means very little to those parents. Kids act like their parents' actions. The actions of those kids is inexcusable, but it's likely the parents' correction (IF it happens) will not deter their kids from doing this again.

    2. Lady gets paid $15k to do this job. $125k, as mentioned, is a bit much. Maybe she should donate to others who get "bullied" like her.

    3. She's a grown lady. She has the right to defend herself by whatever means allowable to stop this behavior. I really don't have much sympathy for someone who enables kids to use her as a doormat.

    You're an idiot.

What is a 68 year old woman supposed to do? She told the kids to stop, don't say anything if you have nothing nice to say, etc. Is she supposed to bring a shank or something with her and stab them? So what if she reports it to someone? What is that going to do?

  • I'll tell you one thing..I may be only 5'2", but I've never had anyone - old or young, be disrespectful to me in that manner, face to face..and you don't have to be loud or rough either to put some damn brat in their place. I wouldn't tolerate it. On a message board from those that can hide behind a computer is another thing.

My parents didn't have to tell me to respect others, or teach me to not bully, I would never do it. I put my kids in private school, like the rest of my family. Get in trouble at school - mouth off, you get it double at home.

  • If I ever did anything like this my old man would have my hyde. That said. Kids are mean, more than likely the "cool" kid on the bus started doing it first & then all the little followers followed suit to be cool. Its sad really.

  • Oh dear...

While this may sound off the wall, I'll submit my two cents...

    /Begin two cents

All of us can recall the early days of our internet use... At some point, the realization that anonymity could be leveraged to lie, slander, spew cruelty, or just be what we now refer to as a troll, dawned on us. All of us acted on that reality in some form or fashion. Whether it was to troll someone online or lie about information we submit in an internet form.

Slowly, I think we built that culture until it began to spill over into other aspects of our culture. Our TV shows and music promote "I don't care" attitudes and ideologies, a disdain for other peoples property, feelings, and opinions. No restraint or humility, preaching a message that there is no right or wrong only choice.

The generation that came up after me was getting bombarded with that perspective well before they should have.

The "troll" concept is now sitting without restraint on the lips of our children. It's not hidden behind the computer monitor on the internet. It's not hindered by consequence (I'd argue we've become to passive and "dead" to actually know how to rightly provide consequence). No one cares. Slowly the concepts of discretion, modesty, integrity, and honor are being torn out of our culture for the sake of tolerance, realtivism, and an "i-don't-care-about-you" mentality. Whats replacing those good and right ideologies isn't what I was raised to understand.

Yes, this is a dormant part of human nature and it was there well before the internet came on the scene.

I'm simply suggesting that the internet opened the door to a new level of communication without restriction or cultural boundary hidden behind a veil of anonymity and thus... what was in our hearts has come out with reckless abandon. Just look at the supply of crudeness and "troll" natures we employ for the sake of entertainment and a few laughs.

Welcome to earth... where everything that is right is wrong and everything that is wrong is right. Let me say emphatically that I'm not pointing a finger without understanding that 3 point back at me but the truth of our choices and the path of our culture speaks volumes on its own.

A mind is a terrible thing to waste. Unfortunately, I don't think that is just a good slogan for drug PSAs anymore.

I agree with what you say, but ultimately this falls on the parents.

I was raised to respect others and their opinions, no matter how different they are. But in most cases, parents will openly criticize others and their kids follow along and think it is alright to say things that may hurt another persons' feelings.

It doesn't help that there are many families that are born into poverty, lack education, and lack common morals because they were never taught any and go against authority because their parents feel that they are mistreated by the system and their misfortunes are because of others. They adapt that "Us against the world" mentality and do what they please simply because they believe they can do what they please.

  • People feel bad for her because the dipshits said they bet her family wants to kill themselves for being related to her, when in fact her son DID kill himself.

It's an old lady, what is she really supposed to do? If she would have yelled at them you know their parents would pitch a fit and try to get her fired. They should be expelled.

    BASEketball - Little Bitch

I do not own this footage, the copyright belongs to Universal Pictures. Another funny scene in the movie BASEketball. BASEketball is a 1998 American David Zucker comedy starring South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone, along with Dian Bachar, Robert Vaughn, Ernest Borgnine, Yasmine Bleeth, and Jenny McCarthy. The movie follows the history of the sport (created by Zucker years earlier) of the same name, from its invention by the lead characters as a game they could win against more athletic types, to its development as a nationwide league sport and a target of corporate sponsorship.

It's up to $368K and climbing....fast. There's still 29 days left! lol She should definitely set up an anti-bullying charity.
