Luper. He busted his butt trying to get GM there and then to learn his offense. He is GM's protege. He was pissed he didn't get the OC position when Gus left. He will this time or he will leave IMO.

It doesn't matter since he will run his offense. Rhett is a good coach and has a very bright future ahead of him. Arky State wanted him to be coach.

Their OC is younger than I am. Can you imagine being a 50 year old assistant coach and reporting to a guy that is 27? I would think that would make it hard for a top assistant to want to coach there. It reminds me of being in plebe cycle at MMI and being outranked by 8th graders who made us do push up while they yelled obscenities. It's enough to make a man kill someone IMO.
