Sammie Lee Hill just signed his tender. Still think we take Fortson? Wasnt he a bigtime recruit coming out of HS? I'll have to look up this Vernon fella, I never heard of him. Im with ya on taking DEs though. Look how well that strategy has worked for the Giants. Are you the guy who doesnt want the Lions to take Mercilus if hes available at 23? I remember arguing with somebody about that pick a couple weeks ago.

I know Decastro is a G but he’s an elite prospect and is worthy of a top 10 selection.

I think Kuechly is better than Barnett right now but that’s just me.

Gilmore is getting pushed up because of JJ’s and Dre’s off the field concerns. I like his game and upside, just not at 10.

I don’t think Glenn is a LT in the NFL. Either a G or RT.

I'm a Titans fan. I'd love to see them draft another WR that has size/speed and can actually catch a damned ball, but that's just me. Knowing my luck, they'll go with defense (which would be smart too, considering their defense wasn't exactly a world beater last year.) Can't wait to the draft.

Hill is just a rotational NT IMO. I like his potential though. IIRC Forston was a big time recruit, I like him at 4 because of our rotation and the fact that Corey Williams is getting up in age (31). He would probably be the BPA at that stage as well.

Vernon is a DE from Miami. He was suspended for a good part of this season because of the Shaprio scandal. I haven’t seen him play much but he had nice sophomore season and he was getting some hype before the season. A couple of places have said if he would of went back to UM this year he could have been a 2nd or 1st round pick in 13.

Yeah I was that guy that didn’t like Merciuls. IIRC Dizzo didn’t like him that much either.

Slightly OT, but does anyone else miss the old nfl draft format? I used to love being in a vegatative state for a whole weekend

if he stays healthy and Johsnon goes back to being johnson you guys are gonna be dominating that division for a while, still think Locker is going to be the most successful QB in that draft class... and that's not a diss to Cam, I just think Locker is gonna be a freaking monster.

I predicted the Bills would draft WR, CB, and OT (no particular order) in the first three rounds. Nailed it exactly.

Also, for the first round I predicted Michael Floyd, Stephon Gilmore, and Cordy Glenn (in that order). Apparently they weren't high on Floyd, but other than that, not bad.

I didn't do an overall mock draft as I didn't follow it too much this year because of work.

Yeh I know Bills never take character risk guys, but IMO he's the type of guy worth the risk in the late rounds. If he screws up you cut his ass no problem, if not you have a potential difference maker at MLB.
