No one said their defense was bad. Veteran defenses do well in playoffs. They are Super Bowl bound and congrats to them.
Fact remains that the Ray Meretricious Lewis schmick is well played out. I don't recall seeing Tony Gonzalez kissing fields or making sure the cameras were on him for some motivational speech. Some guys know how to conduct themselves (with class) and other guys need the cameras on them to be "primetime". Yes, TG and ATL aren't going to SBowl, but fact remains that one is class and Lewis is "all eyes on me".

His uber religious schtick is extremely annoying. He is going to absolutely ruin whatever show ESPN puts him on. Is he gonna be crying the whole show because every Sunday morning is such a beautiful blessing from God and blah blah blah. When was the last time he did an interview without tearing up?
