He makes sure everyone's in the right place and makes everyone play better. Some call his antics over the top. Some call it inspirational, motivational and leadership. His instincts and field IQ are still off the charts and for him to be playing at the level he does at his age is not an easy feat. He and Butkus are the GOAT for ILB hands down.
Yes, he can be a bit melodramatic, but what he has done/does for the Ravens and the city of Baltimore is unmeasurable. Ray is a beast and is going to retire with two SB rings. What have you done for your people and your city?
