Gator QB's have sucked in the NFL as well
Grossman and Tebow were the only ones drafted in the first round, and both were late first rounders.
Grossman has been in the league for awhile now surprisingly
Tebow can't seem to get a chance to develop and play in the NFL

FSU = Ponder, Weinke, Kanell, Weldon = all dickheads
Miami = who cares, they all sucked
Gators = very dubious list as you mentioned, but you also left off all kinds of turds like Steve the coach who QB'd the first winless team in NFL history, or Shane Matthews.. and no Redskin could forget Danny W ( he doesn't deserve my attempt to even spell his last name right )

Old school? You can't leave out Bart Star, MVP of the first two super bowls...Purdue is the only other school to have 3 different QBs win a super bowl. Bama QBs have won 4, Star-2, Namath-1, Stabler-1. Jeff Rutledge won rings as a back-up with the Giants, Red Skins and Cowboys

USC did have pat Haden. Approx 5 th rounder and pro bowler. Won two NCs at usc

Danny had one great game as the Redskins QB. Picked him up with my last pick in my fantasy draft when I heard Spurrier named him the starter. Just for fun, I started him game one ahead of Bledsoe and Danny had 350+ yards and 3 TDs in that first game.
I put Bledsoe back in the second week, he had a career year and led me to my first and only FF league title. I think Danny was benched a few weeks later, but what a week 1!

Jimmy Kelly is a HOF.
Vinny Testeverde, Steve Welsh and Bernie Kosar had a great NFL career so I don't think they all sucked.
But I agree recently we stopped producing NFL caliber QB's.

GMAC gets one game and loses, and you compare him to years of USC quarterbacks not breaking the winner's circle?
how bout we let the guy play a few games, find out if it's a team thing, or if he's just a sucky QB?
Bama is not a QB factory - clearly stated and if anyone thinks otherwise, you are stupid.
if any QB from Bama breaks the starting ranks - that is a bad thing for all the so called "QB factories" out there.
AJ is coming back - he'll get another year, maybe one or two championships to help him out. why he won't make it?? really.... no one knows.
what an ass you people are some times. this isnt even a topic of discussion around Bama - no one ever talks about how dominate Bama QBs are.
