Not every team has coaches stupid enough to have that much evidence just sitting around and talking about breaking the rules openly. My guess is there is probably a good number of teams taht may do it but they rarely have a coach handing out the money or talking about it in emails. The coach orchestrated the system.

I posted an article yesterday of the Giants players quoted saying "we knew Kyle wiliams had 4 concussions in the past so we wanted to take him out of the game"
It happens all over, Nola was just made an example bc Godell wants a family league and flag foobal.
The man has single handedly ruined football in 5 years.

On the Giants player, he didn't break any rule that I know about. On the other hand the Saints clearly broke a rule.

He only took 2 2nd round picks... Redskins traded way more than that for one player.
Yet Redskins get something for it. Calculated risk that that something will pan out vs. externally imposed guarantee that your picks = nothing. I think we can agree that the Saints have been one of the league's upper tier teams for several years, but they are getting old in some areas and are in dire need of some re-tooling; taking away those picks profoundly hampers their ability to do so. Couple that with the disarray created by coach suspensions which creates a picture of instability not likely to attract any free agents they may have had in the crosshairs, and I think the future is not real bright.
As a dolphins fan, I am all to aware of what happens when you squander early round draft draft picks.
Again levy huge fines, but this is just way over the top, and really places way too much punishment on the fans. we need an icon for a steaming pile of

and where was this "who cares? everyone does it" attitude when AU was being investigated for Cam? Also, I remember a few LSU/Saints fans complaining and wanting AU players kicked off the team and coaches fired for calling for a chop-block on Dorsey. Where was the "who cares, its football" attitude then?
