    One of the greatest problems with liberalism is that one of its core values is "tolerance", which ultimately undercuts almost every position they take in regards to value judgements that don't jibe with their philosophy. When it's something they do not agree with, they are everything but tolerant.

    Both ends of the spectrum are hypocritical, but I think the transgressions of the far-left are far more appalling.

    Condensing it to the current state of the Democratic party (which is very, very liberal)... They a class of white, wealthy elites that cast a huge carbon foot print and try and pay as little tax as anyone else - wagging a finger at those on the other side of the aisle that do the same. It is a party of do as I say, not as I do. "Because we know what's best for you."

In almost every country in history The further it progresses, the more liberal it becomes. At first it is alright, and may provide good change, but are we past this point in America? Will this change the liberal champions proclaim be good? We need to.attack this trend and keep the liberals at bay fellow independents and conservatives.

    Yeah, no. Liberalism is a distinct political ideology. It's not a "thought process". As is Progressivism which I think you may be referring to. The two are interchanged a lot but they are not the same.
