It's not hard to understand the difference in potential between AU and MSU.

For example, James Franklin will be considered ten times the coach Dooley is when both teams win 6 or 7 games this year.

Winning 9 games in your second year at MSU after Croom destroyed what little bit that program had, is a pretty big deal. You know AU has more resources and built in advantages that MSU does not have.

I certainly don't say Mullen is better than Chiz, but I will if both have similar records from here on out.

The animosity toward AU isn't because you guys didn't cheat, it's because most everyone thinks/knows you did cheat to get a once in a lifetime player who won you a natl title essentially by himself. Again, not saying I feel that way, but that is how people feel. But yeah, everyone else offered him all the money his father wanted, but he decided on AU instead, who offered him nothing. Cam was in love with Mullen from his days at UF. Kid called and apologized to the staff at MSU saying "the money was too good." But alas, no money trail, no cheating. Atleast that's how the story goes anyways. I don't know or care either way. Both coaches have a chance to either confirm, or redefine what is generally thought of them this year.
