Why is OSU out of it for Alex Anzalone?

  • I thought he was leaning there? Forgive me I don't follow recruiting too much, can any buckeyes fill me in?

    It's not that, Alex has been very mature throughout the process and his priorities seemed based around academics and is still interested in psu, pretty confident the osu perv isnt the real reason .....

  • Dad wants him at UF, not tOSU. Found an easy out when his son went out to meet up with that perv during the spring game visit. Not a big miss from what I have heard when he committed, seems to have only had 50 tackles last season and is scraps per scUM fans.

    Considering UF is probably in 3rd at the moment I highly doubt that.

    Good question for mom. Alex's visit was unofficial which means mom was the supervisor. She is the only person who was responsible for what & where Alex did during is trip to Cols.

    Sad situation really.

    It was an unofficial visit. If it was an official visit then a chaperone would've been provided. His Dad is a florida grad and they don't have space for LBs they offered him as a H Back. He picked tOSU and daddy didn't like it. Used Meyer and the creepy pedo. As a excuse to decomit. This kid is a ND lock IMO he's good buddies with Mike Huermann who committed to ND.

    He said via twitter that he has committed to Huerman U & the two of them were going back & forth. Also posted a picture of himself riding go karts on vacation wearing a ND shirt.

    Michigan rescues as many football players from Ohio as it can but there's only so much room. We feed them, clothe them, and give them a world-class education. As humanitarians, it's the least we can do.

    I don't put much stock in who retweets who but he and Adam Breneman are also close and retweet each other all the time. The night after his visit on Thursday he and and his family had dinner with the Brenemans and the Hackenbergs in State College. I'm not going to imply that means a whole lot but it does prove that there has been plenty of flirting going around to all parties.

    The real kicker IMO is if he is accepted into PSU's dual BS/MBA honors program. It is one of, if not the most, exclusive degree programs on campus w/ only 12 students selected each year. PSU's business college may not be #1 but it is ranked very highly and the added exclusivity of this program impressed AA enough that he retook his SAT's in hopes of helping his cause to get in. Bill O'Brien was hoping to get an answer on his acceptance ASAP and there is a chance AA received good news on that front. If he gets in I really like our chances...if not, he definitely ends up at ND.
