Always funny: 3/4 of NFL fans say that Ponder isn't great, then he doesn't start and they act as if the sky is falling (although not so far ITT).

I would say that it wouldn't matter because he couldn't be any worse than Ponder, but Ponder has looked pretty damn good the last couple of weeks.

i dont think it really matters because im pretty sure Green Bay was going to roll them. theyve got home field, its nasty cold and theyre pissed off about last week.
minnesota overachieved big time this year so its a win for them just to get to the playofffs. if they actually draft well and get ponder somebody to throw to they will be a very dangerous team next year

no hes not great. hes average but he gets shit on alot unfairly. hes got zero downfield weapons to work with. if im leslie frazier i just feed AD all year as well. he played well enough down the stretch to get them to the playoffs. AD did alot but Ponder made a lot of crucial plays on 3rd down in the last couple games to win them. he doesnt get the credit he deserves. he definately deserves blame for their midseason slump but he also deserves some credit for their wins. he played outstanding last week against the packers

Nope, not at all. I am saying that fans say he's crap, but when he's out they will surely fail. Maybe some of those fans are saying he really isn't that bad? Obviously, he gives them the best chance to win.
Ponder is a great competitor, though. I don't think he's great qb, but he is a great leader and great guy.
