Seems to do this every time maintenance is done. Takes a week sometimes to run normal again

This is stupid. I don't even go to the boards I am banned from. Why not just temporarily lift bans, do work and then put them back.

I really don't think it is all that.

And you can't tell people to just not get banned.. Some of these sites ban you for doing nothing half of the time.
