Why will bama-nd be any different than bama-Michigan?

Of course they are...they joined the SEC. That still doesn't explain why Bama didn't simply throw the ball to the unstoppable Copper...the fastest player on the planet.

Its a two-way street man. If AJ would have not under thrown Cooper on the one route in the third quarter and he scored, we would have taken the lead and probably one the game. He can't do everything.

It is "won the game". Simple fact is that if he is so fast that no one can cover him, then Bama should not have lost the game.

    Alright Mr. Spelling policeman,

Here is a hypothetical: what happens if someone scores a lot, but their defense can't stop the other team. Do they win or lose?

Your hypothetical is irrelevant. If you want to jump in the middle of the discussion, then at least go back and read what was said.

  • If your truly comparing Michigans Offense to ND's Offense then I completely have ZERO respect for your opinion. Our QB is absolutely better, especially as a thrower. Our Offensive Line is better by a long way! We have an All American Tight End, two running backs that will be drafted this year and wide receivers in Jones and Daniels with ability.... I'm not saying Alabama isn't better and shouldn't be favored because I think your a great team but we are better than you guys think.

I'm responding to your preposterous assertion that if Amari Cooper was as fast as supposed ITT, that we wouldn't have lost.

.It is not a preposterous assertion at all. If Cooper is so fast that he cannot be covered and Bama has the 2nd best scoring defense in the nation then no way they should lose a game, especially not to a team with the 80th ranked passing defense.

Simple fact is Cooper is not so fast that he cannot be covered. Cooper is not even the fastest player in the country nor is he the fastest receiver in the country. He is a good receiver with great potential on an outstanding team. Only Bama homers would claim he is on the level of a player like Marquis Lee. Guess what, Lee isn't unstoppable either nor is any other player. Cooper was 63rd in the nation in receiving yards....unstoppable.

Well your first fault is taking homer speel in full effect. Cooper isn't Lee (yet), but he is a very good receiver who is very fast and very good at route-running. Cooper had 6 catches for 136 and a TD against Texas A&M. Losing to Texas A&M wasn't his fault.

I agree with everything you said. ND has some very fast players in their secondary as well. It should be a good matchup....provided ND can slow down Bama's running game.

You are so good that you are #1 in the country and are a 10 point underdog? Sounds convincing.

Look at this retard. Man I never realized how dumb this board was. Many of you are going to get a wake up call on how little you know about football on January 7th.

To the idiot AngryChair. ND hasn't faced a good Oline all year? You think Stanford's Oline isn't good? Jesus Christ man get a grip.

Not a BAMA fan but any unbiased fan can see BAMAs oline is far superior to Stanford's so get a clue homer ND fan. You clearly are delussional.

Hmm - then I guess the same logic can be applied that Obama's second term will be as unproductive as much of a let down as his first term...

anyone with any logic would know his 2nd will be exactly like the 1st or worse.

We just have to be as good as Purdue or Pitt. Should be tough

You forgot BYU and Michigan. :)
And seeing how Bama took the gas off the pedal in 3rd qtr against Michigan, we could have beat them 65-14.

I would also add (2-10) Boston college as ND only beat them by 15 at home in week 11. BC is bad and got smoked by some mid level teams.

    Bama by 24...
