There are better schools to get - its about opening tv markets so Virginia and North Carolina (maybe Georgia) will be of interest before tapping a market you already have

I lived in Boston for three years (recently). I've had more conversations about the Red Sox loading the truck to take their equipment down south for spring ball than I had about BC football. Nobody cares about BC football.
Great campus and great school though.
