This thread will go back and forth for days and we all have good points but to answer the op I don't think auburn will win one this decade. Just my opinion though I do believe they are recruiting well and have some good guys coming in but it just wont be enough to take down bama and lsu in the same year.

Just a bad coaching job but not the worst. Chizik gets that honor. Poor guy was booed when he got off the plane and all of a sudden were all in. No wonder he has to pay players so he can win Bc the fans are gonna get him all out when he doesn't produce. You know you have a bad coach when he cant even win with the best players money can buy. Go nwo.

Maybe I missed something but I thought he did win with the best players the NWO can buy. 2010 was a trial run and it worked out nicely.

Arkansas has 1 season left and LSU has probably 2-3 good seasons left in the Golden Age of their programs before the recruiting machines of AU and UA leave everyone else behind.

As it stands now, Chizik is doing just fine with one in three years.

I'll help you out-- 33. I SEC championship and 1 NC. And Saban didn't come into nearly as a depleted roster and Chinese fire drill as Chizik did.
Not Spin, fact! In his entire career Saban has had back to back seasons with less than 3 wins 1 time. All you Bama guys want to hold Chizik to this pretend standard as if he has not done anything. And then pretend that Cam is the only reason he has had any success and won't have anymore. He has recruiting 2 top notch classes and working on another top 5.

And let's look at The Cam argument. Chizik had Cam and Fairly. Saban had Ingram, Richardson, Julio Jones, a three year starter at QB, no less than 5 first round picks many on the Defense, several other top rounders- all studs, and yet accomplished virtually the same in the same time. Saban now has the benefit of having five full recruiting classes at Bama. Who has done more with less?
No doubt Saban is a great coach and a great recruiter, but didn't Chizik and staff just flip your top 5 star recruit following your 2nd NC in 3 years and has out recruited Saban for the top players in State thus far? Chizik is entering his 4th full season and recruiting his 3rd full class 4th if you think one month to recruit in 09 is a class, and yet he has managed to stay on par in many ways, with "the legend". In fact, all things being equal, he is out recruiting him pound for pound given the two sets of circumstances right now. So all this chest beating you guys are doing about " we have Saban"- it is not quite the Golden Bullet you are convinced that it is. And the fact that your fan base soends so much energy and time talking about and worrying about Chizik and AU tells me that you don't really believe most of the propoganda that you spew.
