What are your favorite wing sauces?
Beef O' Brady's (my employer) sweet jalapeno sauce is my favorite.
Also, I'm going to Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time tomorrow.. what should I get?

Yea we got one a couple years ago. The Steak tacos and cheese dip are pretty good

I like the honey bbq and the parm garlic at Bdubs. I find the spicy garlic has no garlic flavor, just heat.

Asian zing is awesome. I've made it at home a few times and everyone loves them. The mango habanero is good too.
I make my own hot garlic sauce, so i don't think I've ever had one at a wrung joint i think is good. Unless they use actual fresh garlic instead of garlic powder, then it's just mediocre.

Lemon pepper is up there.. Sauce at one of my old jobs called Sweet Fire that was jumpin.. The best was Wesleys sauce. Its a BBQ Garlic. These are at Baumhower's Wings though.. They are only in Alabama..

What location you work at? I know all about some Baumhowers. Sweet fire is awesome on grilled chicken. Peanut Butter sauce is up there as well.

Bake your wings dry, with a dry rub like Essence of Emeril. Then dip them in a combination of Blue Cheese dressing and Sirachi sauce.
