Jail isn't going to do anything for this lady, so why spend the money on housing her?

You complain all the time about low lifes taking social assistance and the government wasting their money. Is it not a waste of money to put someone in jail when it will have no effect on their future conduct?

You should really take a criminal justice course and learn the intent of the justice system before spewing insults at people bro. Justice is often about rehab, and reintegrating into society while ensuring meaningful punishment for offender. Jail for this broad would do nothing, so what is the point?

Justice isn't about getting even for victims, at least not in modern times.

If you hate the Criminal Justice System in America so much why don't you move to a country with more archaic system in place?

Believe it or not, successful government requires cooperation between parties and people. You calling everyone stupid when they disagree with you wouldn't lead to very much success.
