Women that aren't married and don't use birth control?

  • Would you please explain yourselves? Making a man use a condom is not fun for either of us and all you have to do is take a pill once a day at worst.

    WTF?

  • Not a woman, but married to one who has talked to me about birth control before. Apparently, taking birth control can increase risk of cancer. I think there's a number of other side effects as well, but I may have tuned out after that.

    Lame

Honestly I would rather jerk off than trying this again. So weak

To PSUbills, that would actually make sense but I think every prescription drug has wild side effects along with them. I do know that the NuvaRing messed some people up pretty bad but I have never heard anything wild with women that just take the pill.

I'm honestly curious because it can't feel anywhere near as good for the woman either. I would take four fvcking pills a day to avoid having to wear a condom if it was just swallowing a pill.

The ring commercial creeps both me and my wife out every time it comes on.

Yeah lots of pills (I would say every pill, but being lazy here) have side effects. Doesn't mean I want to take them.

I thought I read something about a company developing a pill for men, but could be wrong on that. Condoms aren't a whole lot of fun, can agree there.

There is research looking towards a sperm killing pill but I think they are worried about prolonged use leading to inability to produce healthy sperm

    Married and wearing a condom?

    I feel for you brother.

Scoregasm and psubills: This is the first I have ever heard of a male pill coming out.

I'm not entirely sure its "coming out" but I have heard about research and such...I would have no problem with it and for the record my girl says it feels the same both ways

I'm not doubting you at all and sometimes, especially in college I suppose, it can cost a good bit of money I guess. Most cities have clinics that you can go to and they will actually put a girl on the stuff for free. It takes like 20 minutes every six months or so and they will just give the girl the little monthly packets that they take.

  • If you smoke, the pill drastically increases your chances for a stroke. Also some women gain weight. For what its worth the pill is not all its cracked up to be as a means to prevent pregnancy and it does not prevent STDs (which is a big reason that most women require their partner to use condoms). I conceived my daughter while on the pill.

  • Hysterectomy. No week off once a month and no worries about unexpected children.

edit: married so this maybe null and void in regards to the OPs question.

I wasn't much referring to STD's. I have always got checked, at least before I got married, about every six months. I was never much of a "player" so I wasn't exactly out there banging whores or anything. You are actually the first woman that I have ever known, or at least talked to, that got pregnant on the pill though. I'm sure you love your kid but that one had to have you pissed when you first found out.

That is unless you were already married to Mr.Reber and it was just like meh.

I've only been divorced, actually seperated, for three months so this dating thing is a bit new now. I've never been much for screwing a bunch of different women though.

Edit: I've known this chick for a while as well so it's not a random chick.

I was married when I had my daughter but obviously was not trying to get pregnant. When I asked my doctor what happened I was told that if you did not take them the same time every day that their effectiveness went down. If you miss one or two it can actually trigger your body to ovulate.

    Well damn,

You learn something new every day I guess. I didn't know that you had to take them at a specific time every day. I mean I knew that you had to take them every day as a woman but didn't know the actual time of day thing. Also didn't know that missing a day could actually bring on ovulation.

You weren't told that stuff when initially? Hell, I knew that in High School from my girl friend/wife.
