"The FBI and Southern District of New York announced that they were arresting the top executives from the big-three online poker sites (PokerStars, Full Tilt Poker and Absolute Poker/UltimateBet) and they seized the related “.com” domain names. Those arrested are facing charges of bank fraud, money laundering, and violation of UIGEA (Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act)."

It's really a crock of s. The government should just take 5% of all online gambling, and let it happen. They'd make crazy money on it and we could do the damn thing.

It is BS. Online Poker has been around for a long time and they are just now doing something about it.

have you guys tried to get on pokerstars? they give you a warning and a message about payouts, then you can log in. i'm logged in right now and sitting at the gillig table. try it.

what are they going to do about the money people have in their accounts? I have around 20 right now..trying to figure out if I should try to take it out.

the message they have as your logging on says they are arranging a method of payout with the DOJ. I think there was an email or # to find out your situation. just try to log on and it will tell you.
