That is probably clevelands best offensive display since D. Anderson and company led us to a 10 win season. I ain't saying cleveland is in the top 25 but i'll textually fight anyone who says they are the worst:)

Yea no way it's the Saints.
I agree with those who said Oakland and Kansas City. KC got blown out two weeks in a row and Oakland just gave up 35 to the Dolphins.
I think it's between those two and a team no one has mentioned yet, the Titans. Defensively they'll show they're better than they've looked against two really good offenses. But offensively Locker has struggled to move the ball consistently and their running game is a joke which is something you wouldn't think you'd say about a team coached by Mike Munchak.
Still, I'm picking the Chiefs. But a lot will change from week 2.

Chiefs, Browns, Bills, Dolphins, Raiders, Jaguars and Bengals are the bottom tier as it looks now.
Obviously the surprise teams (Arizona) could be the 2011 version of the bills who looked elite at this point last year.
