If you liked the Baylor - Washington game last night then you may as well start watching flag football. Thats about what those two defenses were playing. It was a pathetic game. I finally just turned it off and went to see a movie. This is suppose to be football where having some fundamentals such as tackling and covering a reciever is part of the game. No wonder teams outside of the SEC cant win a championship, they have forgotten how to play D, and if you claim to have enjoyed it then you dont know what the game of footbal is all about. If my team ever allows that many points in a game then I am calling for a coach's head!

Well every talking head, coach, experts etc.. will tell you defense wins championships. A good example is the fact that the SEC are winning championships. Proves my point. You can argue if you want but if you honestly thought that was good defense last night I feel sorry for you. BTW Sherlock Holmes is a good movie.

MK I wil cetainly agree with you on that one. The games have not been a lot of fun to watch this year. I just prefer to see a little defense and the Baylor Washington game just got to a point to where it was ridiculous for me. JMO but it seems if you disagree on this board you have certain individuals who get thier feelings hurt. It is just a internet message board. Posters llike Buttsnake get thier butts hurt.

Well you are right it was entertaining, especially if you like a lot of offense. Hey, I would love to see my Tide score 67 points as long as they aren't giving up 55 points. But our style of play very seldom scores more than 40 points and because of that I guess thats the kind of games I like to watch. On the other hand I can see fans of teams who score a lot of points liking that kind of game, its just not for me.

Look jizz jar boy, I nor anyone else ever claimed that either defense was worth a damn. You and your SEC sucking self are completely missing the point. The offenses were very exciting and executing very well. The defenses weren't. No one has argued the fact that the D's were far below even decent. The offenses were exciting and fun to watch.

You are trying so hard to endear yourself and your grossly under performing program to your new conference that you are either too blind or too stupid (probably a combination of both) to see that your continued sucking up attempts are falling on deaf here's. The Big 12 is glad you're whining asses are gone and the SEC is already seeing that a serious mistake was probably made adding you sheep lovers.

Now, like many have said, the game was entertaining offensively and seriously lacking on the defensive side. I and many others enjoy seeing more than a field goal contest. That's all we're saying.
