Well the Mountain West was higher than the ACC in ESPNs rankings so not them.

Wisky will be worse, MSU will probably be worse, PSU is PSU. Outside tOSU and UM the recruiting is laughable.
So if you take out the obvious BigEast, it would be the ACC. The B1G isn't doing itself any favors until outside the big 2 start recruiting well. MSU is getting better, tho.

I think there is a clear leader and 3 conferences that all have been fckin up in their own way lately.... B1G has been hands down the best marketed conference when it comes to getting full/above worth in money. But they have been sucking it up on the field as well. The ACC hasn't lived up to any of the hype. The Big12 just saved themselves from being the new SWC...and its now the year of ACC being the worst conference but last year the Big 12 was...and I wont be surprised if it changes again...

With Miami and FSU being down it is the ACC no doubt. When considering the Big 4 conferences. Assuming current alignment stays the same for a moment, when FSU and Miami are back the ACC lays out as well as anyone outside the SEC.

Big 12 was the worst last season? Interesting. Wasnt 50% of the conference ranked in the final polls? Somewhere along those lines. OSU, OU, KSU, and Baylor were all very good teams that finished high in the polls.
