Worst/Best Beer You've Ever Had

    Yuengling is awful. Most overrated beer for sure.

    Agree...although people who do not live in a distribution area think its incredible.

    Then again, I am that way with fat tire, so oh well.

    I was about to say, my dad paid my sister to bring back 6 cases of it back to Wisconsin when she went I visit her bf in Pitt.
    As stated before, my Dad doesn't have the best taste in beer. Did PBR redo their formula? Because there is no way it's as bad as Beer 30. You're in for a new level of awful when you get to that point

    If God dwells inside us, like some people say, I sure hope He likes enchiladas, because that's what He's getting

    On the flipside, I grab multiple cases of Fat Tire when I am in Georgia, so I cannot judge. Some people dont think its that great, but I do.

    I am intrigued by this Beer 30. Also with "big flats 1901" walgreens brand beer.

    Worst - DFH, a tie between Midas Touch and 90 minute, the 120 minute you can eat with a fork.

  • Yazoo Dos Perros and Pale Ale are a good tasting beer.

    I also like the Hop Project but not many people like really hoppy beer.

  • I have given Boxer a try and it is by far the worst beer I have ever had. I don't mind Keystone, Busch light, etc. But, boxer was one I couldn't stomach. Just awful.

    I had to pour half of the case down the drain because there is no way I could have give it away. I tried to convince myself that I could get through the whole thing and make my money worth it, but I got 18 down and that was it. I've tried Beer 30 and I didn't mind it. Kinda had a grape-like aftertaste, which yes, it was very bizzare but at least I could get it down. Boxer was a struggle to put away.

    I like Fat Tire, but I take it for granted because I can get it any store around me. I can see why you would want to load up on it if it isn't sold in your area.

    Worst: Leinenkugel Sunset Wheat. I don't want my beer to taste like a breakfast cereal.

    I was in Milwaukee recently for work and really enjoyed some of Milwaukee's best in Linenkugels. Had plenty of brats and sour kraut too.

    Speaking of Milwaukee's Best. It is prolly their worst.

    Best... I'm never good at picking just one of anything. My favorites at the moment are Sweetwater 420, Avondale Vanilliphant, Blue Moon Honeymoon, Abita Turbodog, Abita Andygator, Good People's Brown Ale, Fat Tire, Terrapin Hopsecutioner... see, I can't pick just one.

    Both Good People and Avondale are good IMO. I'm enjoying seeing the Alabama brewing scene really taking flight.

    Easily Boxer out of Monroe, Wisconsin. You get tricked into thinking it's a steal because they sell a 36 rack for 12 bucks (hindsight is 20/20). I got through about 5 of them before feeling sick. LIterally tastes like they went to all the high school parties in town and cleaned up whatever beer was left over in the Red Solo cups after the party last night and put them into the cans. Makes Natty Light seem like something out of New Glarus Brewing Company.

    Best Beer would have to be Spotted Cow out of New Glarus Brewing Company, Widow Maker out of KBC, or Oberon from Bells Brewing Company. Latter two are from Michigan, first one is out of Wisconsin.

    Lost Abby Angel Share the best ever

    i just picked up a dales...it's soso...havent tried denver pale ale...left handed brewing company in longmont has great beers...breckenridge avalanche is awesome.]

    Lots of worst beers... but I'll go with.... PBR Light (with that said, I'll still drink it if its there).
