    **Rules**

    This is a SIM style dynasty and it will be played that way. You are to play the games like they are played in real life. This means you cannot go for it on every 4th down. There is NO going for it on 4th down unless it is the last 2 minutes of the half or in obvious situations (4th and inches at opponents 1 yard line)

    All cheese plays will be researched and consequences will be handed out. I have no problem with guys running some of the same plays a few times a game, but DO NOT run the same play 5 times in a row. If you are caught, you will receive a warning the first time, and then you will be booted after that....no questions asked.

    An example would be this......

    Do not run 4 verts and put the RB in motion and then take off with your QB up the middle on draws over and over and over. This will get you quickly booted from this dynasty. I try to make it fair and fun for everyone and that will not be tolerated. NO chewing clock in the 1st half either.

    Also, do not quit games and restart. If I catch someone doing this intentionally, I will throw out results and make sure you get the loss one way or another.

    Advancement is every 3 days. I will stick to this unless I am contacted and it is a legitimate reason why we can't. So please try and get your games in. If you have a human game then the gamertags are listed here to help you out. Make arrangements to get games played. I know at least 8 of us are members here on 247 so this really shouldn't be a problem.

    Again, I am not trying to take the fun out of this dynasty. Just please go by the rules and everything should be fine.

  • Just an absolutely atrocious outing for the Mountaineers. We performed like we haven't played this game in a couple months(which I haven't). Defense started slow and ended slower but that was helped by the 4 turnovers given up by the offense. Geno Smith WILL play better his next game, he'll have to! TCU with the beatdown 31-19... Sad day in Morgantown folks!

    Don't worry dude, it took me a while to get in the swing of things with Baylor. You can ask Jeff, my only loss of the year was to his Virginia team and I played like absolute ass. It was embarrassing.

    It takes time to get used to these teams. It is fun to get 4* or lower. I should have said no Texas A&M because it is super easy to recruit Texas but it is all good

  • We need to mess with the sliders. My guys drop WIDE open INTs and only nab around 25% of any at all. Meanwhile, the CPU picks off close to 90% of the time, even when making circus catches (while my guys drop balls thrown right to them over the middle of the field).

    Are you making adjustments during the game with conservative, aggressive etc?

  • This is bullsh!t. I just lost to Maryland in 4OT, but what pisses me off is that in 2OT, I had the lead and dropped FOUR WIDE OPEN INTERCEPTIONS. FOUR.

    I didn't want to risk giving up the pass (the negative side of being aggressive in pass protection) since I was breaking up passes and getting to the ball. But after four tries and no picks, they're bound to give up one big play, and that's what happened to send it to 3OT.

    I get pissed when I can beat 7-1 BYU but I can't get passed 4-4 Maryland to get bowl eligible.

    But I guess the league needs the b!tchy participant. lol

    I love the Jackets. I actually used to love playing as GA Tech in past NCAA titles because I loved running the option. I'm just really struggling to run the ball which is really breaking the whole scheme. The biggest issue is run blocking, even out of formations like the Maryland I, where the other RBs and FBs just whiff on their assignments and I get blown up in the backfield.

    I have the #26 recruiting class, too, which is pretty good for Tech. Specifically targeted some faster WRs and CBs.
