Agree here. he definitely doesn't play Stevie Vai or Eddie Van Halen music, but he can.
I read an article one time that said he never has played the same solo twice in concert. pretty cool, saw Pink Floyd in Bham, AL during the Division Bell tour and when I told my wife that during his solo in Comfortably Numb she said "Then this might be the best one yet.."
dunno, but it was a cool thought, given the moment. DG plays the notes that move the soul is all I got to say.

I was at that concert at legion field as well.I will never forget when the huge disco ball come out of the middle of the field during comfortably numb. It looked like the whole stadium was spinning until it turned into a huge mushroom,unreal is all i can say.
