Still don't scare me in a playoff series against the Heat. Are they that much better than last year?

I think so and I'm not an NBA fan. They have a stronger belief in team right now and with a front line of Amare, Chandler and melo on the floor is the best in the NBA. JR Smith off the bench is phenomenal....

I think you're wrong. off the bench he's been a lot of offense. Lebron is CLEARLY the best player in the NBA, but is Bosh and Haslem better than Amare and Chandler? It's not even close and in the playoffs, it comes down to half court sets and the Knicks front line is no joke. I give the heat the edge in 6 or 7, but if the Knicks get home court (we both can't predict the future. what if lebron gets hurt?), the Heat will struggle there.

Amare is nothing at this point either.

Tyson is nice, but Bosh is still unguardable for anyone on that roster save Tyson. And if Tyson covers Bosh it's going to leave the rim unprotected.

Knicks still don't have the defense to get it done.

The Knicks are better than last yr, IMO.

They are one of the longest interior teams in basketball, they space the floor just as good as anybody, and they hit the 3 ball.

On top of that they are pretty deep.

They could undoubtedly beat Heat in a 7 gm series.

Shumpert's back, AStoud's back, but it could take too long for that squad to get comfortable.

The Knicks detriment is that they get killed by opposing pgs.

The Knicks beat the Heat, by 20, twice this year, without Amare or Shumpert.

Exactly the Heat's biggest nightmare is Memphis, everytime they've played in the past two seasons memphis has destroyed them. Gay on Lebron, Allen on Wade, and ZBo and Gasol to pound the ball downlow and destroy the heat on the glass...

Well the Heat are winning the East once again. They are improved from last year and dominated when Bosh was in the lineup.

And the Heat matchup well against the most likely West representatives, OKC and SA.

If the Heat are healthy I have a tough time seeing anybody take them in a 7 game series. Everyone wants to talk up KD as the MVP and that's fine, but Lebron is the best player on the planet and it's not that close right now. That will pay dividends come May and June.

Durant is the leagues best offensive player, but Lebron is the better all around player

The key to that series will be Chalmers.

Maybe 1, with Denver.

That team is good, and pretty deep. There basically the Dallas Mavs, but in NY.

But, they're old and suck at guarding pgs.
