Dudley at TE? And I would probably drop Wells and call it a day at RB, Eddie George is good enough to hold down the spot himself.
On defense Dan Wilkinson over Pitcock. Would also have Springs and Gamble over Jenkins and Winfield. Katzenmoyer over Laurinitas also.

It's a attempt but I'm guessing you're not very old? Ever hear of John Hicks? Jack Tatum? Tom Cousineau, Marcus Marek or Cris Carter. Beanie over Archie? Tom Skladany was a 3 time all American punter and you chose Buchanen? Hell BJ Sander won the Ray Guy award under Tressel. TE has never been a strong position but John Frank. Like I said its a attempt but to me there are only a few on your list who would make mine.
