I think the dumbest argument is that someone saw Martin on top of Zimmerman beating his ass. Knowing how they got that way is pretty important. If Zimmerman instigated the fight, got his ass whooped and then shot Martin, not exactly a stand your ground situation.
I guess now we'll find out a lot of the details.

It wasn't, it was self-defense. Especially with the stand your ground law in effect, which like it or not, it was. The ignorant mobs don't get to decide to arbitrarily decide which laws get to be enforced and when based on the color of a kid's skin...and let's make no mistake, COLOR is what the mobs are mad about, nothing more.

By the account of Martin's girlfriend, Martin was walking hurriedly away, but Zimmerman caught up with him. Seems if Zimmerman is telling the truth, Martin's body should have been close to his car. If Martin's girlfriend's account is true, Martin's body should have been a considerable distance from the car. I don't know what the proximity of the body to the car was. But one of those stories is completely a lie.

What matters is that we, as a nation, don't want race riots. I know that Caucasian people don't want African-Americans coming after them and killing them in the streets. This has gotten way out of control and even Obama, our President, is saying that this killer should be brought to justice.
Do you want to worry about the Black Panthers and the Justice Department coming after you? I don't. This idiot Hispanic, this Zimmerman clown, killed a small child who was eating some freaking Skittles and walking home to his grandmothers house minding his own business.
Why he is being described as white, I don't know. Obama isn't described as white. On the behalf of all white people, I want to apologize to all black people for what has happened and beg forgiveness and just tell all of you that Zimmerman isn't one of us, he is one of those "Hispanic" types.
I don't want black people coming into my neighborhood and killing my family and my relatives because of what some Latino did. Let's just, as a country, find this clown wherever he is hiding and just execute him so that there will be peace and so that Eric Holder and the Black Panthers won't turn against us.
Who really cares what happened at this point? Just catch this guy and award the money the DOJ and the Black Panthers are offering to whomever catches him, and have a public execution of some sort so that everyone won't be mad at each other and all the tension will go away.
