Shouldn't we have evolved beyond those problems by now?

No. Most of our reproduction is done by 30 to 35 (and historically was much earlier than that). Therefore, someone who dies after that isn't really removing themselves from the gene pool. This is why cancer is so prevalent.

As for diseases like autism, they are the result of genetic recombinations that don't work out well. Keep in mind evolution does what is best for the SPECIES - not for the organism. It's better to have a couple autistic people who die out and be able to improve your DNA than it is to have no autistic people but no flexibility.

Of course, why we would be created to get cancer and die is another story.

    Not all mutations are good.

You'd figure god wouldn't allow such horrible diseases in his "plan."

That's the dumbest thing you have ever said on here. God can and has seen all possible outcomes.

Once again, no matter what I say yall will not accept it and will have another trap in form of a question, carry on with your agenda.

Then god doesn't have 1 plan for me. Your original assertion is still wrong.

Exactly. Folks want to know why health falls apart at 45+ for so many. Because your body expected to be dead 15+ years ago. lol

Also, eating foods that were treated by farmers wearing HAZMAT suits isn't very smart either.

Actually still a great, informative thread. As far as unflenching discussion on this goes this thread is a revelation.

How convenient, free will, well if god has such a swell plan for everything wouldn't he use his power to intervene when someone's "free will" may lead them toward harming themselves or others?

Why would he intervene? He never said you would live to be old and have a perfectly safe and happy life.

Lebron James will never be as good as Michael Jordan, thus we should get rid of his nickname, "The King".
