  • If you are only looking to spend that much I would probably go with skull candy.

oh ha I know that but they will be up on knowing how to separate the decent from the crap.

I've got some QC15s for traveling and listening pleasure but they are a little bulky to be lifting weights in!

  • MEElectronic M6. They have memory wire that helps keep it on your ear. I own the $10 M9s and the $55 A151s from them and they are both excellent quality and insane value. Good company, solid build, surprisingly good sound, very well priced.

thats what I was leaning towards based on the cnet rankings so good to see that from someone who has the M9s.

Had never heard of MEElectronic, but a quick search and there is literally no bad reviews out there. Sounds like everybody thinks their stuff is superb for the money.

It's phenomenal. Thought they were just some cheap junk headphones. I ordered the M9s with my Sennheiser HD202s a year or so ago just to get to the free shipping level.

Very pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the actual headphones and the sound. Way more impressive than expected for a sub $20 pair.

The M6 are almost the exact same as the M9, except they are designed for more over-the-ear wear, are less "airy" and have the memory wire.

I've never had a reason to contact MEElectronics, but I also hear that their customer service is very good.
