    Keeping players like C.Watford home would be a good start. Gottfried was able to but couldn't coach them up..

    Both of us have recruited a lot better as of late but coaching is our main problem now.

    I'm a good guy. Went to Bama from Cali. Not being from Bama I didn't have the initial dislike with Barn when I played against like some of the Bama guys. But it's grown more and more over the years. :-)

    I agree loved when auburn won the sec a few years ago. I went to just about every home game and a few away ones that year. That's why it pains me to see our sports program like this.

    Kentucky was our only real competition and they have fallen off. He favors UNC more than Kentucky now.

    We have his best friend on our team and a great coach. He is a one and done any which way so why would he NOT come here?

    I've heard its UNC or Kansas at this point. FSU never was the choice, pretty much only considered them out of respect for Hamilton and his parents. It will come down to the visits though.

    The answer to why he would NOT go to FSU is maybe he wants to have a chance to win a NC or go to a big time program.

    I get my info from a source much closer to the situation than yours.

    How do you get that it has gotten better for FSU in recent weeks?

    He is visiting UNC for the Duke game and visiting Kansas. If he was so sold on FSU he'd be a Nole already.

    Nobody is gonna go outside in 100 degree humidity and ball all day

    And who wants to go indoors in the summer time ?

    Most schools in the south aren't gonna be bball powers

    Yes they will...

    It's just that the ones with any baskeball IQ leave the state for college ball.

  • We FINALLY have a very, very good coach that has us playing way over our heads this season. We also have a top 5 friggin' recruiting class coming in next season which is crazy. The future is actually looking good for LSU in b-ball. We have a decent history in basketball, even made it to the Final Four In '06.

    Anyways, there's no effing reason Bama should be this bad. You guys really do have some good players but your coach suuuuuuucks man.
