ive read before that Ragland may be a TE and that Eddie Williams may be a LB. Is that accurate?

I'm thinking that one or two of Anderson/Devall/Jenkins could end up at DE rather than OLB. As of today, Philon is our only recruit that looks like a certainty to play DE, and I don't know that any of the other guys we are recruiting really fit there either. As far as Hayes, Lee, Ragland, they could end up at an inside spot or an outside spot, or even tight end in Ragland's case. Lee also looks like he could have potential as a TE/HB on the offensive side, but this is all just speculation of my part.

I think the spring will have a lot to say about where Williams ends up. Saban, as a defensive guy and especially a defensive backs guy, is going to lean towards putting an athlete like that on defense.

However, we need some of these guys like Marvin Shinn, Kevin Norwood, DeAndrew White, and Duron Carter to really step up this spring, or I think he will probably get a shot on offense. With Maze, Smelley, and Hanks all leaving, that is a huge chunk of our pass-catching weapons that have to be replaced.

Nope, only way Williams is a WR is if any currently committed WR's have grades issues.

Williams is starting out at WR. Don't know if he will stay there, but the intention of the staff is to start him at WR. Anderson and Devall can play any of the Lber spots IMO. I have a feeling Reggie Ragland could end up playing TE. JMO though.

I think it might depend on whether bama lands collins. If we get both, I'm guess saban might be more inclined to give him a shot at wr
