What is it with national boards being overrun by AU and Bama fans posting things that belong on their homeboards? Their posters will post a simple update about someone visiting them, or saying they'll visit at some point, or getting a call for their coaches, or something else very insignificant to everyone else on the board. They'll usually add a little smoking smiley face next to it to insinuate that it's a wrap.
Or they'll post to "fellow fans" about what their recruiting board looks like or just about everything else pertaining to only them, which is not what a national board is supposed to be. The Rivals board has been overrun with them and this board is slowly following suite. In both cases it's a security issue. By posting such threads, they let everyone else know what their recruiting looks like or might look like, without directly saying "look at us everyone."
Obviously not all of them do this, but there's quite a few. Many of them are on rivals and 24/7 and do it on both, often times with the same thread at the same time.
