NCAA Basketball 10 is a pain. You literally can't recruit anyone of note (although you can adjust the rating of any player on your roster). 09 was better imo, though not great.

I didn't care for either, but I liked 09 slightly better because you could prioritize recruiting, offseason workouts, or punishing players.
Presentation in 10 is 100 times better though. Hated gameplay for both, but I could lure ☆☆☆☆☆ players to small schools at least.
