Correct, but there is no reason to think it won't be deemed unconstitutional. I agree changes need to be made, but forcing people to buy it isn't one of them.

That doesn't have anything to do with what I posted. Obama's health care plan may in fact be ruled unconstitutional, yes. But it hasn't yet. Your article link, while informative, is opinion.
