Yeah it is a smart move by him and I don't blame him.. I just wish guys wouldn't take the easy route but I'll be pulling for the Heat regardless until the Hornets improve

If you are not going to be the leader on a team anymore and you don't want to just retire why would you go to a team that you can't compete for titles on? Honestly I said this would happen after the ECF. Ray is a great player and he deserves to be on a good team. I like this move. The Celtics need to build around Rondo with youth.

I think at the end of your career you should strive to play for titles. I respect that more than guys just collecting paychecks at the end of their careers. If your in your prime than I understand not taking the easy route.

Yeah, I overreacted a bit.. Now that i've had time to sit and think about it.. It's a smart move and I don't blame him.. Plus, he's a good dude.

He's 215 years old. He's done his time trying to be the alpha and carry a team. If he's in the league it will be because hes playing for a contender.
