Can't really go wrong with any trappist beer. Have you tried Chimay Grand Reserve (Blue)?

Yes Chimay blue is another favorite. I don't get to have it much but I always buy it when this particular bar i frequent gets it in stock.

The cool thing is the yeast affect. If you watch closely the yeast will sink to the bottom and create a reaction that rises to the too as foam.
Apparently you can avoid this by skipping the last half inch of the bottle. Idk, if your a women

Hopslam arrives tomorrow. My beer guy was lamenting the fact that all the douches come out of the wilderness this time of year and he just wishes he could sell only to the regulars. My beer guy gets it.

I already bragged in tBYC brew thread but i figured i would also bring it here... as mentioned before i live right down the street from a store called Beertopia. well now basically a block from that place (even closer to me) this store just opened! Brix of Omaha rich get richer!
