old formula was better, with the 1,3 DMAA. best bet is to use the power of the internets, by some ephedrine from Canada without Guafenisen, and use the tried and true E/C/A stack.

Jabrill Peppers...More I watch, the more I'm convinced he is the best player in the 2014 class. Barring injury, he will do special things.

Any of that stuff can have adverse effects on your liver which cleans you out. Fish Oil aids in helping your liver do its job. My advise and the only correct answer....4 years ago I weighed 235lbs and was a fat ass. I started eating right and doing cardio and weight training. Today I'm 185lbs and In the best shape of my life. I've tried many of these products and they didn't help. The only answer is a complete lifestyle change. It's also the only way to keep the weight off long term. Plus chicks dig it.

What is your weight? I cut my calories intake in half daily and my weight fell off pretty rapidly. I lost the 50 lbs in a relative short time. Then I started hitting the weights to bulk and tone what was left. The result? Dead sexiness.

Started the week of the championship game at 225 and I'm down to 205 as of this week. Pretty much did what you did. Cut out soda, eating out /fast food (besides the occasional dine out, w smaller portions and no soda); started with cardio. I just was told to try it but wanted to hear more about it.
