There's nothing in the 247 league rule book about running kick formations only on fourth down, so I will gladly run your crazy A-11 offense. But we'll do so in a no huddle, hurry-up mode. But play number one will have a two-back, two tight end look, so as to bring certain run-heavy defensive personnel onto the field.
Then we'll spread it out into the A-11 and get their linebackers mismatched from receiver positions all across the line...and we'll snap the ball at about 30 seconds on the play clock, thereby eliminating the defenses ability to substitute.
I like it Rocky....you're not outside the box, you aren't even using a box. Genius.

Michigan State does not and will not run the 3-4 defense.

On D, I'd prefer a base 4-3 with a Cover 4 shell. Make them work for yardage; with the A-11, figure the opposing O is going to be in comeback mode, and quarters coverage is excellent at taking away the long passes. Either they're going to have to throw short, or risk a lot of incompletions/interceptions. \
Edit: looks like we're going 3-4
. Mind if we run it like a 5-2 under against run-heavy teams? Still prefer zone to man for the secondary, especially if the QBs are going to be forced to make quick decisions (assuming it's an aggressive 3-4).

I just need you to be able to shove a TE into the C-gap. I want those RBs to have to bounce it outside, or try to determine which A-gap will "only" have an ILB in it, as opposed to the NT.
I'm toying with using TCU's "split coverage" model; 1 CB and S play man, and the other 2 DBs play zone on their half of the field. Really mucks with QB's reads as they're scanning the field.
