I see that now. You edited your post. If you are changing your pick, just make a new post. Too hard to go back and find changes.

Well, it was too hard when we had 40 or 50 people at least.

  • Everyone made it through that week. All the same teams are still available as well.

    AhightoJr- Bama, Notre Dame
    Crimson Ghost- Kansas St
Cuba Gooding Jr- Bama, Kansas St, Louisville, Notre Dame
    lestat- Bama, Louisville, Notre Dame
    shaunsimpson- Bama, Notre Dame
Under Review- Bama, Kansas St, Louisville

Crimson Ghost needs everyone to lose this coming weekend. Cuba Gooding Jr has played this game perfectly and just needs to weather the remainging storm and this is his.

    Rules question.

I thought the goal was to make it through the season. There are three games left in the regular season . If I pick correctly in all three games and he does as well isn't it a tie to be decided but a one game score pick in a ccg or bowl game?

  • Alabama

    shaunsimpson

  • Week 1: Connecticut
    Week 2: Stanford
    Week 3: Texas Tech
    Week 4: Mississippi State
    Week 5: Northwestern
    Week 6: Cincinnati
    Week 7: Florida
    Week 8: Oregon St
    Week 9: Oregon
    Week 10: Ohio State
    Week 11: Alabama

Under Review, still 4 weeks left in the regular season. No team has 4 games left though. If any team loses before I pick them though, it's a wide open game again. Then we'll probably get a tie we have to figure out.

....Or Bama could lose this week and screw me over.

If there is a tie and no teams left to pick that are undefeated or if everyone is left with the same team to pick, then yes, there will be a tiebreaker. The goal is to be the last person with a team to pick or for your last team to win their game. If more than one person accomplishes this, then we will go to a tiebreaker. Last year, the pool was over with 2 weeks remaining in the season and we had to go to the tiebreakers as two people had the same team left.

  • Well, we have some change this week.

    These players have been eliminated:

    Cuba Gooding Jr
    lestat
    shaunsimpson
    Under Review

It has come down to 2 players:

    AhightoJr
    Crimson Ghost

    The remaining undefeated teams are:

    Kansas St
    Notre Dame
    Ohio St
    Oregon

Since both players left have no teams left to play, we are down to a tiebreaker. There are 4 undefeated teams left. Predict the score of all 4 of the games. PM your predictions to me and once I have your predictions, I will post them both on the thread. The player with the lowest variance in their point spread total will win. Example: If you predict Oregon to win 40-20 and they win 20-0, the variance is still 0 even though the point totals are different.

    Here are the matchups:

    Stanford @ Oregon
    Wake Forest @ Notre Dame
    Kansas St @ Baylor
    Ohio St @ Wisconsin

    Good luck!

Yeah, the SEC schedule this week sucks. I wish Slive would just move conference games back to this week so at least some of this crap could be spread out.

Of course, if you think you hate it, just think about what CBS and ESPN think about it having to televise at least 5 of those games! lol
