Milliner former 5 star. Real fast. Has the most experience as far as our corners go. Could push himself into the 1st round with a solid year

John Fulton looks to start on the other side. Played mainly STs thus far but he was running with the 1s during spring.

Robert Lester - our senior safety. Gonna be in charge of making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be. Another four star

Vinnie Sunseri - sophomore safety who is a ball hawk. Has a knack for being where the ball is. Really smart guy who has our defense down

holy shit that's rich! there's 1 game on lhn, and that's a game that used to be pay-per-view. texas is the most profitable program in the nation - there's zero problem marketing the longhorns. lhn is stupid, but the problem isn't the appeal of the longhorns - the problem is espn thinking cable carriers are going to add it to a free tier and eat the cost.

pointless for both squads? big time regular season games between teams that don't regularly play each other are bad-fucking-ass. both teams get a shitload of publicity and exposure, regardless of the outcome. as shitty as ohio state fans are, the series w/ them in 05/06 was greatness. so was notre dame back in 95/96 and we're playing them again soon as well. usc in a couple of years will be awesome as well. ou played bama h/h a couple of years ago and has nd, tennessee, ohio state and lsu on their slate - that's just badass scheduling.

Our two returning starters are Milliner at Corner and Lester at safety. Milliner was a 5* coming out of hs and started his first year. Last year he gave way to Menzie but started several games anyway and played significant minutes in all of them. He is generally thought to go in the first round, maybe early second in the upcoming draft.

Lester is in his senior year after starting the last two. He had 8 picks year before last but only two last year I believe. He's a very solid safety and most think he'll be a second to third round draft choice in this coming draft- from what I've seen anyway.

Second corner could be Juco DB Deion Blue who impressed in spring drills or John Fulton who is going to be a junior and has seen a lot of backup minutes the past two seasons. Supposedly the light came on this spring do he could have won that second CB job.

Second safety will probably be split between Clibton-Dix and Vinnie Sunseri. Sunseri is about 5'10 but stout. He's not as physically gifted but is one of the best tacklers on the team and understands the defense very well. Kid is just a playmaker. HCD was a 5* out of hs and IMO will win the safety job while Sunseri plays Star, but I wouldn't be surprised if Sunseri got it by virtue of his knowledge of the D.

I would put our secondary at only slightly worse than last year but some will say that's the homer in me speaking.

This but you'll probably see a lot of Ha-Ha at safety (5 star player) as well and Deion Belue at corner (fast as fvck kid that committed to Alabama a couple of years ago but had to go the juco route). Alabama likes rotating players in when they can.

Alabama is a pretty high profile team. They've won two out of the past three MNCs. You find it odd we would choose to play them over UT? And even if we wanted to play UT, maybe the two schools didn't have open dates on the same weekend. Don't get me wrong. I would love to play UT. I would also love to play Georgia, LSU, Florida, Oklahoma, TAMU and several other schools. And I'm thrilled to be playing Bama. You can't play everyone.

agree w/ all of that. and i never said michigan was scared to play texas or anything like that at all. when texas was trying to schedule um, we were the defending nat'l champs and had just played you in the rose bowl the year before that.
