2013 Basketball

The 247Sports rankings are determined by our recruiting analysts after countless hours of personal observations, film evaluation and input from our network of scouts. I literally know nothing of Detrick Mostellas game but hes ranked pretty high, apparently has a MD offer and is listing us in his top 5 or so. Any quick insight to his game and where his recruitment might be?

Matt Jones primarily slid due to people jumping ahead. Good shooter, not that physical or athletic. Needs to round out game.
Felt Anthony Barber was just ranked too high and some other prospects needed to be ahead of him. Has room to improve as a long range shooter. Strong midrange game. Below rim finisher.

Electric first step and great quickness with the basketball. Combo guard whose MO is attacking as a scorer. Very thin and could give more effort as a defender and rebounder. Very talented.

why do you have Stevie Clark rated so low? Did Kyle Washington slip some spots because he wasn't as active on the AAU scene as others that leaped him?

Stevie is primarily a long range shooter as a small point guard. He is the type who can shoot you both into and out of a game.
Washington just filtered down some because of the reshuffling. Didn't have anything to do with exposure or a lack of it.

He can contribute early but it will take some time before he is an impact player. Needs strength and further development. New to the game. But long, mobile and has talent.

Randle's been nothing but inconsistent. Parker is number 1. The Harrison twins I could get, but Randle? Number 4 at best.
