Biggest upset of the year?

  • TCU over Kansas or Penn State over Michigan?

OldOaken247 on twitter..... I say a lot of stuff you wont care about.

  • TCU over Kansas. Penn State has been competitive in some games. TCU has kept the deficit within single digits in only two other Big 12 games, and both of those were 9 point losses, and the Big 12 is a little down this year.

Pomeroy has TCU 284th, Penn State 152nd.

WHile I am not one to usually argue with numbers, I think I am going the opposite direction. I think PSU upset was bigger, as I think UM is a better team then KU. Both PSU and TCU are poor teams, so the fact that a legit contender like UM lost to PSU, to me is the bigger upset.

  • They were both tough for the chalk and great for the upstarts. That was a bad, bad Blue loss.

So you are trying to say a team that

    1) beat OSU by 8 in Columbus and lost to MSU in a one possession game in November on a neutral floor,

    2) has 4 seniors in the starting lineup, 3 of them 5th year seniors,

    3) is 26-4, and

    4) is ahead of Michigan in the polls, Pomeroy, and RPI

    isn't a legit contender?

    Seriously?
